We offer a flat rate of $5 EXPRESS POST within Australia with SAME DAY SHIPPING if you place your order before 1 pm. orders after 1 pm will be posted the following morning. If you buy one item or ten its the same cost! You will receive a tracking number with each order.
International
This applies to anywhere in the world outside of australia.
We charge a FLAT RATE for international post of $15. Again, if you buy one item or ten its the same cost!
PICK UP
If you live nearby our retail store in newtown, sydney and would prefer to pick up an item after purchasing online just leave us a note in checkout and we will keep your paid item for you untill you are ready to come into the retail outlet. Our address is sandy, shop 483 king st, newtown, nsw.
SENDING A PRESENT? easy! just enter your friends delivery address at checkout, we can even write them a little note..just let us know what you'd like it to say. if you would like your purchase gift wrapped just choose your wrapping paper for $3.95.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
All items stocked online are subject to availability as they are also stocked in our retail store...if by chance the item you are purchasing online was sold instore on the same day we will contact you immediatly to see if you would like to wait for another to be ordered/made or we will refund you by reversing your payment back to your account asap.
RETURNS
YES! WE DO REFUND! We know it can be tricky buying online - clothes especially so we are happy to refund/exchange/credit note for any reason at all! we only ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and return post within 5 days.
We try to take clear, realistic product photos from lots of angles - but if you are unhappy with your purchase just let us know whats wrong and we will fix the problem.

WHOLESALE Yes! we wholesale our products to stores across the world! Click on the wholesale link in the top menu bar. All products listed under the wholesale link are available to purchase at wholesale price. To do this you need to contact us first for a discount code. Most items are ready to post out straight away depending on the quantity you are after. For all leather products please allow 10 days for delivery. All products come with sandy branded packaging - eg.jewellery in branded gift boxes for display.
